EUP 1501 WORST MODULE

This is the first time I'm lodging a complaint about the University of South Africa(Unisa) this must tell you how upsetting this whole thing is. I had an assignment 7 for module EUP1501 and from the beginning the whole module has been a nightmare, for a module on computer literacy this is the most none user-friendly module I have ever seen. From day one, the you get set a disc to download the software that is not compatible and when you ask about this you told there nothing they can do, just use the lab..Unisa you are a distance learning institution who services people who work and who are parents and etc. How do I leave work to come to a lab everything I have an assignment and you post me a disc for software that you know is a problem. You know how I know you know..because your staff is even using the opportunity to make money by offering students doing this module assistance for money. This is shameful..and how can you have a grace period for other modules and this Pearson's system does not allow a grace period.
