Error on admission,No response to emails & Calls

I have app**** for a post graduate diploma but the application was declined due to not having the relevant qualification to do the course,I was surprised as to how is this possible because I have a Bcom degree in Financial Accounting from North West University. I have been trying to call the university no answer,I sent emails they are not being rep**** to. I last spoke to Mr Chauke who was helpful and requested that I send him all the documents but he is also not responding to the emails. How does one get assisted in this University and how do we register when we are not assisted as prospective student is it not your aim to register more students each year. If there is a number which is used and answered please share or an email address which is being checked and responded to as this is frustrating and I need to plan for next year.
