Error in admissions

I app**** to study Advanced Diploma Accounting recently and my application was declined. Reason being that I do not have the correct degree. But I have obtained the correct degree as stated in the UNISA website, from the University of Stellenbosch. I have been trying to contact your applications, admissions and economics office, with no response whatsoever! I am frustrated because this error is affecting my funding. This is jeopardizing my process of obtaining my CA certification, as I will not be able to move forward with this process without this relevant diploma. I am on a restricted time-frame as I will not be able to obtain my Honors after a certain amount of time has passed.
