Emailed 2 months+ ago - still awaiting response!

I have app**** for admission to Bachelor of Consumer Science online as per requirements on 24 April.<br> I have still not received any feedback to confirm whether my application has been approved or declined.<br> <br> Registration is currently open from 17 June - 10 July and I want to know where I can register or not, but still have no answer! <br> <br> I emailed them a week ago to follow up and all I get is an automated response saying they will get back to me although I have been waiting for 2 months...<br> If only there were a call centre, but this has been taken away and all correspondence MUST be via email.<br> <br> Perhaps they have enough submissions and are not concerned about my application. I am a returning student and have completed a previous degree with UNISA.<br> <br> I am really disappointed in the repeated lack of service.
