Education department at unisa

I went to unisa Florida campus to get help. I informed them that one of the module that they said they credited me for which is BPT1501 does not appear on my academic record they told me that it shows on their side, i asked that it shows on their side but it doesn't show on mine. They had no interest on fixing the problem. They promised to email the academic record which they never did. I'm left with one module to complete my degree i tried registering it several time but it doesn't appear on the list of modules that i can register. Finaly when i went to unisa i was told that i need to wait for june or july to register that module. At unisa we do almost everything on line but their online service is extremely poor and when you go to the campus you get no help at all. Department of education I'm doing Bachelor of Education
