Educare department useless and apathetic. No help for students.

Admin is pathetic. Especially education department or educare. No one responds to emails. I have been requesting assistance for ages. They have an "automatic" system that acknowledges receipt of your emails. The "automatic" systme only acknowledged receipt of my emails 2 MONTH after I sent them. Most useless lazy institution.
