I have since tried to get my registration finalized with Unisa for the last three weeks and I have since not received any response and all their telephone lines go unanswered the whole day. I have emailed my query to *** since 28 January 2015 to this day I have not received any response from that department. All their telephone lines such as ***, *** to registrations just ring the whole day without anyone answering, which leaves a doubt if they are working. The other frustating factor is only source of contact is the email to Edcon and their turn around time is very bad and also that time is gone and my registration is not complete and am suppose to submitting my assignments and all listed information from Unisa seems not be helping at all.
