Downgraded qualification

I am a post graduate student...Apparently. When applying to do my Masters, I was told that my honors qualification through UNISA has been downgraded to an NQF 7. I already have an NQF 7. What’s more is that I have been trying to reach ANYONE at UNISA for months now-NO ONE responds to emails and the phones don’t get answered. I went to the campus, stood in a line for 3 hours, huge frustration for everyone there, because we aren’t allowed access to the campus-only if you have an appointment, which you can’t make because no one answers!!!!!

UNISA has gone to absolute ****!! The other universities won’t even accept you because of the poor quality of education they offer!!

Will SOMEONE at UNISA respond please!! I either want my money back for the two years you wasted, or some sort of recognition for the qualification.
