Dont asist with registration, never responds to emails and never answer phone calls

<p>What needs to happen in order to be assisted at Unisa? I am trying to register online for my LLB but I am getting a message written F126 to create current registration record. Last year in 2016 when I tried to apply for the course I received a message from Unisa that I am already registered for the course. I am surpised now that I can't seem to register. I emailed Unisa on the 11th Jan 2017 and received a message that I will be assisted but till today I am not even able to get someone to answer my call at your offices. This is really unfair. How is a person suppose to register if you are not assisting. </p> <p> </p>
