Does Unisa have any staff that work?

How does Unisa expect students to register and study if they just don't care to answer any e-mails or telephone calls. I tried to assist my daughter as she want to register for her BA HONS. Nobody at UNISA care to assist students. The one out of 15 calls that actually pick up the phone don't have a clue about registrations of even what is going on at UNISA. I have tried to contact everybody in the school from the administrators to the Dean for a week now. No answer. Student Advisors???? I think it is just a name as UNISA don't have student advisors! I think if we can get hold of the cleaner's numbers they would be able to assist us better.
