Does UNISA exist?

<p>It seems to be that UNISA has dissappeared from the planet... no one answers any phones, no one replies to emails BUT someone takes your money!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have registered and paid online for a course 3 weeks ago but still my registration has not been processed. I even went through to their offices in Parow yesterday to try and resolve this issue as this is what they advise you to do on their FB-page... BUT with no luck of being helped! Their FB-page is flooded with people all having exactly the same complaints!</p> <p> </p> <p>UNISA you are a distance learning institute??? We as students should not be advised that we should go tho your offices to be helped!!! I honestly feel for the students that does not stay close to any campus!</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this the best service UNISA can offer? (Or I do not think this could be called service!!!)</p>
