Distracted during exam session

Complaints about exam centre Mokopane (Potgietersrus). Date of incident 14/06/2018 Exam Session 11:30-1:30

This year they have new staff than previous years. I went to write exams today at the centre, the first issue I had is that the seating plans are not properly done according to our student numbers ect. Identity is not checked before writing exams, which means anyone can be seated to write for anyone else. But my main problem went as follows: I was placed in the front row (no problem with that), I was writing a subject today that was very reading and concentration intensive, yet the two ladies invigilating the exams were sitting (the whole time-never getting up to invigilate) at the front desk having a conversation between the two of them during the exam, it was very hard to consentrate and very distracting, to such an extent that I took some tissue paper and made earplugs to block out the sound. But unfortunately it did not help at all as I could still hear them talking. I later put up my hand and asked to move to the back in order not to hear them and where I can read and concentrate in peace. I am so dissapointed, I studdied many hours, and yet I feel that this distraction has limited my ability to fully concentrate on my questions and answers. I am in tears, I dread that this will be a cause for failing, I could not concentrate at all on what I was reading, as its difficult to read and listen to a conversation at the same time. Please help.
