Disingenuous and ********** Institution

I wrote exams during the OCT/NOV 2020 period and to my surprise, I discovered that I failed a specific subject. I decided to send through an enquiry on the 22nd of December 2020 so as to purchase my exam script along with the exam script fees to the institution but UNISA has not bothered up until today to send the script to me.

This is very disingenuous of UNISA as I am not able to get a copy of my exam script so as to decide if I should apply for a remark or focus my energy on writing the supplementary exam.

I am thinking of escalating this issue even further because there is definitely something very off with this matter should it not be resolved by the end of this month. I am concerned that UNISA either lost my script prior to marking and subsequently failed me or there is a total lack of concern & accountability within the organization.
