Disheartened by the gross lack of reply.

I am disheartened by the complete lack of response. I have countless emails which UNISA merely ignore. I try contact the listed persons by means of telephone... no answer. I need to complete my Masters and have ONE subject left. This after last year where I was told I failed and got a sup. I called for a remark.... however the remark came to late and I was told to rewrite ONLY to be told after my second 6 hour exam that I had in fact passed the initial exam.... I am at my wits end.
