Disgusting

I wish I could give them zero stars, study material is always late and they never respond. Honestly complete disaster, I was on hold for 30mins when they dropped my call, tried calling two different numbers registered for their finance dept. but both of these apparently don't exist. I even tried contacting my regional office and, call continuously dropped. They state that their operational hours are 7:45am to 4pm however if call at 8am you still get the out of office message and when you do get through after 8, you are once again put on hold for ages to eventually be driven to anger by the rudest agents. This is not to mention the vast about of administrative issues and problems. UNISA is honestly the worst and despite all this they are never late in reminding you to pay fees or sending out communication about donating or helping other students to pay off debt.
