DISGUSTED!!!!

I am utterly disgusted by the lack of responses from Unisa regarding my refund. I requested my refund in April. It is now June and i have heard nothing from anyone. I continuously request for my refund and still get nothing but automatic responses! I have no idea why they request that we complete forms etc for the refund but no one bothers to get back to you! Absolutely disgusted!!!
