DISGRACEFUL ,PATHETIC UNISA

UNISA has the worst ,********** ,service more than any other institution in South Africa .I think the backyard colleges are far far much better that UNISA in terms of their student services .I have been trying to get feedback regarding my qualification and no one seems to be moved by the many emails and requests I send .There is no feedback on what is being done ,calling is just a waste of time and money .I don't eve know why UNISA has phones . The people front desk people are just appalling when it comes to service. Its as if they are forced to work or they are doing you a favour when you go to them . I have heard many many complains and now I am experiencing it first hand .Studying through UNISA is a gable because you don't know what you will get . This institution is the a shame
