Disgraceful lack of service.

I have had endless difficulties with them. My first semester with them went really well (all things considered), I received study material on time, actually managed to get through to them on the phone sometimes etc. But it's been downhill since then. My study material for second semester arrived 2 days after my last assignment was due. I app**** in August for my bachelor's degree and received a provisional acceptance, as far as I know, that means that as long as I passed the previous course I get in. According to another email sent after registration opened, they have even processed the application yet. I phoned all of the numbers I could possibly find for unisa for over a week, eventually managed to get through to the library who told me they couldn't help because there was a strike on. The strike ends, I spend the next few days trying to get hold of them again, someone eventually answers, exchanges pleasantries then slams the phone down in my ear. Eventually get through to someone else who repeats all of the information I just gave them and tells me that the only thing that can be done is to wait. Application period was over 3 months ago, registration opened over a week ago. And I get told that they're still dealing with applications... How can a professional business be run like this? How are they still in business? This is disgraceful.
