Disappointing (no) Service

There is no way of getting hold of someone from UNISA. I emailed them in 2017, and received a generic response that didn't answer any of my questions. This year, I emailed them in early August, before admissions open, in order to prepare for my admissions application. They read my mail as I received a 'read receipt', but they didn't reply ********** I tried calling today on all numbers listed on their website, not one of the numbers even work. It's so disappointing being dependant on an education institution that clearly is so faulty.

I've heard horrid stories about UNISA, and now I can confirm, they are true.
