Disappointed with Unisa

I'm a Unisa student whose studying through a Free State bursary education. I had 3 issues with Unisa:

1. The bursary paid on 8 December 2023, but I had to fight with them in order to implement or upload the payment. It was only updated on 29 January 24, after I have paid with my own money. 2. Unisa make a financial suspension when you owe your fees but allows you to write exam, I wrote IOP2601 but they are not reinstating the module, even when I told them that it is a prerequisite as I cannot register other modules if I didn't pass it. They said I was absent from exam, even after I showed them the submission proof of invigilator app.

3. Unisa is giving us data but last year I didn't get it for 2 consecutive months (May n June). I had to fight to get it. This January I didn't get it again and I had to buy data to register. As of now, I still didn't get the marks for that module and I believe I have passed it but it looks like they want me to repeat it. I send them emails every day but I will get an automated message, when I get a direct message, they ask what is the problem and refer me to someone who will refer me to someone and still end up without being helped. I'm not staying in Pretoria where I can go to their offices, their regional offices don't have power to help me. I am a frustrated student. I no longer know what to do.
