Disappointed in their services

I have been trying to contact unisa about my studies since November of 2021. I keep receiving no reply emails that I have to fill in forms. But when I try to do so it says I don't exists in their system. When I try re-register it tells me I have already done that. I have been phoning all the numbers that have been listed on their website and have left a number of voice notes with those numbers. Yet no one answers and no one phones back. I have been emailing and phoning with NO luck. I have paid my registration fee and have heard nothing since. Very disappointed 😞
