Did UNISA close down ?

In January 2019 I requested my academic record from UNISA. After 2 months they rep****, and I have to submit a form which they sent to me.

The form is called a DSAR08 form. I completed the form and since then I have been waiting for UNISA to send me my academic record.

I have emailed *** on countless times requesting an updating, and resending the DSAR08 form and no reply from them.

Is there anyone out there that can assist me get this information ?
