DID NOT RECEIVE STUDY GUIDES

I am really disappointed with the way unisa staff operates. They don't answer their phones. l registered last year in december and still did not receive my study guides. The service is super pathetic and disgusting. l wonder how the management is like at unisa. They just need be changed. l am so cross.
