Desperately in need of my qualification completion letter for bursary purposes. TIME IS RUNNING OUT!!!

I have been trying to get hold of UNISA telephonically as well as via e-mail to no avail. I am a bit stressed as I need my confirmation of completion in order for our companies bursary department to review and process my application accordingly. I only have about a week before our payroll, which I was told will signal the closing of bursary intake. This is really a sad situation as I have already app**** by another institution for current years studies, but now my bursary cannot be processed as UNISA's auditing process is taking it's own time. It is time and money one does not have to waste. UNISA, please respond?
