Depriving me of my education.

Last year i successfully completed all my modules with distinctions, however this year when applying for my second year modules, the Unisa website kept on showing my results were outstanding even though i have already received all my results. They deprive students from education by not responding to emails and taking long with applications. I`m very upset and disappointed because i will probably have to take a gap year this year because they don't even take second semester students. The worst institution ever!!!!!!!
