Denied of my right to write an exam I worked hard

In supposed to be writing my ENN exsm today. The exam time was 08:30 and I arrived at 08:31 due to an accident delay I met on my way to the campus.when I checked the time arriving at the exam venue I was relieved as 8 though I just made it, but a Mr N Naidoo who is apparently responsible for the exams in the Pietermaritzbutg campus told me to go away I'm late and won't be allowed to write. This is so selfish because we work hard to pay the super expansive fees and we work hard to hand in assignments on time and prepare for exams. After long days at work we still get sleepless nights trying to brighten our futures, and then you get told you will not write bebause of bring a minute late? What kind of an institution doesn't allow grace time to accommodate unforseen circumstances like the one I met? We are busy trying to have better lives to also better the standard of life in our country but the very sane people we pay to help us make this possible are the ones who discourage us, rob us and deny us of our right to sit for exams we've worked hard for throughout the semester. This is so dissapointing and discouraging.
