Delaying my studies unnecessarily

I have submitted the correct documentation for exemption of credits that I have passed at the university of pretoria. They said it would take 3 to 6 months to process. After 7 months it was brought to my attention they have lost my documentation. I sent it in yet again. After another 4 months I have still not received any information regarding my exemption status and they refuse to respond to my emails although I receive automatic responses. There are no excuses that my emails are not delivered I have proof of faxing in my documentation. Their service is appalling. My studies have been delayed for 18 months and I am fedup with this broken system messing with the future of our study carreers.
