DELAYED SERVICE

I am very upset and unhappy with the delay of my ENG1502 result, i have paid and all payment is up to date.I have been to campus twice already to register and because of the delay of the results, I have been advised that I cannot proceed with the registration until I receive my ENG1502 results.<br> This English paper was written on the 8 June and again on the 19 June 2015 because of strike that occurred at Umgeni,Durban, I did write both papers and have proof as I was present on these days.<br> I am extremely concerned and agitated now because today is Wednesday and Friday 10 July is the last day of registration and would not want to be told that it last day and Institution could not process my application because of this unforeseen situation. This is an inconvenience and time consuming as we stand on queues from early hours of which I'm ok with but then you being told of this, it is unacceptable.I did speak to Mrs Naicker at the PGCE registration rooms who assured me that by this Friday situation should be resolved or if not they would advise us further, this is not enough as nobody even cared to take my details or email address when I asked to advise me that they can send feedback.
