Delayed Registartion and allocation of funds

I am a registered student with UNISA, I first registered with them in 2017, I wrote a supplimentary exam for the fee of R225, I didnt register to complete my qualification for the year 2018, ai registered to complete my outstanding modules for the year 2019, made the R225 payment, the payment has not been allocated to my account, as a result my registration has not been processed. I called ********** , where a UNISS employee told me to send an e-mail to ********** I sent the e-mail on 07 March 2019, unfortunately there hasn't been any feedback from them, and my payment still hasn't been allocated to my account.
