Delayed refund of registration fees

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Despite paying my registration fees, my application was declined. I have been waiting for a refund of my registration fees, but unfortunately, the refund has been delayed.

Furthermore, I have been asked to resubmit documents that I have already provided, which has caused further frustration. Specifically, I was requested to certify my ID, which was not a requirement stated on the application form. This inconsistency has added to the confusion and delay.

I urgently need the refund to apply to other institutions, and the delay is hindering my ability to do so. I hope that UNISA will take immediate action to process my refund and provide a clear timeline for when I can expect to receive it.
