Delayed processing of registration

I registered for my Postgraduate diploma in accounting sciences on the 22nd January 2015 via the online registration function. The funds were available immediately and my documentation were in order. My registration has still not been completed. I do not know what the hold up is since no one answers there telephones. I have also sent various emails and have yet to receive a reply.<br> <br> I am hoping that someone will be able to assist me with my problem as soon as possible
