Delayed copy of academmic record ,its been a month

I requested a copy of my academic record on 7 January 2016. I have sent several email lo follow up on my request , however no one has responded. I am losing an opportunity to be give a busary by my employer. Suppose this means nothing to Unisa as they have Thousands of students , but my career and development plans are fading away . I am only requesting for printed official copy of modules that I have completed. I did not realise that this is a complicated request , I would have sent tthe request a year in advance.<br> <br> Is there anyone to help ,I do not know why they say you can call them as no one answers the phone.<br> \You are most welcome to call our Institution should any need arise .
