Delay in responding to queries

I believe the reason for people to register with UNISA is because we work full time and dont have time during the day to be on campus. Hence its called the leading distance learning institution.<br> I have been calling calling with no success. Emailed with no response.<br> When i manage to get through to someone i am told to go into the campus.<br> I simply dont have time.<br> <br> Im really frustrated by this. I need to query my registration.
