Degree not sent to student

I graduated at the end of 2018 and could not attend my graduation ceremony. I have been trying to get my degree from Unisa since then, to no avail. They first sent it via the Post Office and did not inform me it was coming and the Post Office also did not inform me, so it was returned. Since then I have sent so many emails requesting that it be sent to me. They don't even try to help you. The standard answer is that they have a problem with their couriers and the Post Office and that I should collect it in Pretoria or send someone to collect it for me. I live in Cape Town and do not know anybody in Pretoria. I have escalated this anybody that I think can help me in that vacuum called Unisa, nobody bothers to help. This is only one of my problems with Unisa that have gone on unattended.
