I app**** to UNISA for a PGCE, I got an SMS that they will respond in December whether my application was a success or not. Its February now, they have not responded and their phones either do not get through or go un answered. I sent an email to the applications department but even that did not get a response. I feel as an education institution, their service is very poor, especially since we have to pay money for applications and they don't even feel the need to respond.
