Day Light *******

My modules were blocked due to outstanding fees. I finally managed to pay the outstanding full amount only to find that I have to pay again to reinstate each module that was cancelled. In essence I have now paid way more from an outstanding balance of R3500 to (R5600 + R4422) Honestly I've been with UNISA for many years and this has never happened even when my payments were late sometimes I've never had to repay for modules that I've already paid for. I've paid the outstanding fee which was already more than the last balance (I don't know how) and paid more to reinstate 4 modules. I can't believe this and would like for this to be checked out cause as it is I can't register for next year cause all my money is gone. I'm so hurt and need an explanation, I need my account to be checked properly.
