Customer Service

I just called the *** number and enquired to be transferred to the Graduation and certification department/ someone who deals with certificates. I was then given a *** number to call, the person who answered said that they work in Research and does not understand why I was given that number. UNISA please do better or take all your staff members on a customer training course because this is not the standard at all
