Confusion around my financial statement

I am quite irritated with Unisa's Finance Department.<br> Yesterday I could view my results, today I have outstanding fees.<br> Last week I got a statement showing I have paid in full, today when I check I see that I owe R690.<br> <br> I cant even gage if this is an amount I am supposed to be paying them, because there has been instances where they have re-instated two subjects on my account that I have special exams for, which I have paid for last year already.<br> but these were added to my account like I am actually re-doing the subject, can you please get your act together and tell me what is owed and why still, cause I am pretty sure that I have paid all my fees.<br> <br> Confused and disgruntled.
