Completion of Certificate

I last wrote my supplementary exam last year June, even now i have not received my certificate of completion. When i enquire they say its with Audit. It march now other kids are graduating and i am still waiting for the notification since from last until now. Ai this is frustrating worst part they do not answer phone calls. This is the worst institution.
