Completely unpleasant and *********** experience with UNISA

I have app**** for an undergraduate course since last year. The payment is reflecting on the application status but application is still not processed. When I was applying on the website it clearly indicated that I have submitted all the required documents. I have been trying to contact the institution regarding this inconvenience and I would be placed on hold until it did not make sense to hold any more. Today, I got through to a guy named Ntokozo who sounded like he just woke up, smoked something or just was not willing to assist. After holding for ten minutes to get through, I kindly asked him to please increase the volume of his microphone or at least speak up because I could barely hear him but all he did was just hang up. I attempted to call again abd after holding for 18 minutes I got through to a lady named Dikeledi. I explained to her what my issue was and she told me I did not submit my matric results. I explained to her that I have and when I was busy applying the website indicated that it had all the required documents. She went to tell me I need a degree before I could apply for an undergraduate course, and this is when I explained to her that the website does not allow anyone to apply for a course they do not qualify for. She went on to tell me that the department which I have app**** for is closing on Friday and she cannot promise me anything because then I would blame her. I asked to speak to her supervisor and after refusing a couple of times she put me on hold and after a long while decided to hang up, just like the first agent. I have been to the UNISA campus in Sunnyside and I could not get any assistance there because the que was way too long. My question is how are we supposed to better our futures if they agents who are put in place to assist us are rude and ***********? Is this really what the University of South Africa stands for? I have sent numerous emails and still to this I have not received a response.
