Completed qualification in 2019,its now 2022 no certification received:-(

Unisa is the worst tertiary institute I have ever come across, I completed my qualification in 2019, and ever since then, I've been waiting for my certificate. They have been sending me from pillar to post, asking me to get affidavits, of which I did, promising a certificate re-issue, however till this day I haven't received any certificate. I have lost count of the e-mails I have been sending to Unisa regarding the certification re-issue but nothing. I don't owe Unisa a cent my employer paid the full tuition fee but I have nothing to submit to my employer as proof that the qualification that they have paid for is completed, how sad
