Complaints

We are queuing at self service centre for applications,we are told that the system is offline,The service is very poor,The know that the applications are open but the system is offline even last week Thursday when I was here the system was offline it took a while before I could be assisted,The enquiry window on one person is working the rest if the stuff is behind socializing even though there's queque,The unprofessionalism is high in this institution..We are waiting for offline system which we don't know how long it'll take as the Staff doesn't know too
