Complaint over outstanding results

I wrote my exam for two modules in February 2019 on 4th and 6th but up to now I never got my results for the two modules. I engaged the University but so far I never got help. I even sent a formal complaint after engaging Legalwise but no response or no action taken to help me. I am really upset about this because I would have been far with my studies if it was not for the delay and unwillingness or reluctance to help or just to say something to me.
