Complaint

I, Bulelwa Lindani have a complaint about not receiving my certificate in S****s Development Facilitation at UNISA, I tried contacting them in person and through emails but in vain. i do not get any response. Currently I am trying to apply online for a Short Learning Programme it keeps on saying my surname does not correspond with the data on the system. I have emailed many people and departments around this issue but no assistance or response to my emails.
