complaint

I am supposed to be in an exam venue writing but because I forgot my ID and even though I have a student card which I paid R55 for, the card I made at UNISA and not UJ maybe, the card that has my photo; even though I manage to ask one of UNISA staff members in desperation to print me a copy of my ID and I took it with, I WAS STILL DENIED TO WRITE. I would understand if I did not have a copy and my student card was a paper one, how would they know that it was me.

1. They said proper identification - UNISA student card with my picture plus an ID that was certified on Monday the 15th of this month is what? improper ID... WAS THIS RULE MADE TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR STUDENTS TO WRITE, TO FRUSTRATE THE SO THEY MAY GIVE UP OR- WA SUPPOSE TO AVOID STUDENTS TO WRITE FOR EACH OTHER... COS MY IDENTIFICATION WAS PROPER.. UNISA You made a card with my picture- AND YOU CALL IT IMPROPER - why are you selling us improper IDs then???????

STUDENT AFFAIRS - Why do I allow this? Some of us are on NSFAS...

I am using NSFAS, I don't even have books, I stay in rural areas in KZN where there is no close examination centre (R40 to go to the nearest single), I only came last night in JOZI as I was struggling to get money BUT I know I would be always late to the exam centre because of transport. ___THIS CAN BE VERIFIED.----- For me Nsfas is like heavenly answer to my prayer and now to think that I might lose it for not writing, 2nd Instead of studying for the second module I WILL NOW HAVE TO GO TO A GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL FOR THE WHOLE DAY JUST TO GET A NOTE AND THREAT THE HEAD ACHE I AM CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING....

I am so so disappointed at the service and stupid rules that were made to bring down a student; The guy in FLORIDA?SCIENCE campus had a nerve of saying we always send them back with their copies and student cards, he goes to say it does not matter the amount of tears I cried they wont change anything... WHAT IS WORSE IS, I ASKED HIM TO WRITE AND THAT HE DOES NOT SUBMIT MY PAPER UNTIL I COME BACK WITH AN ORIGINAL ID; I SAY BECAUSE ITS ALMOST 8:30 I MUST WRITE AND GO HOME TO FETCH IT AND SHOW IT TO HIM--- HE SAYS NO, I FETCHED SRC AND HE SAYS NO TO THEM AGAIN...

Will unisa give me grant if I lose nsfas? I don't think so. I take picture of a textbook with a phone at the library, in florida after I register just to study and after those effort UNISA frustrate me...
