Complain on poor service while looking for financial statement

This is a great university that has employed wrong people in the form of support staff. When you call unisa, you can take 30 minutes while waiting for the call to go through. Even if you are lucky to go through, you will find someone who doesn't want to work who will be delighted that you called the wrong department and send you to the call center where you must wait for hours before going through. I was looking for my financial statement so that I can pay in order to graduate. Wrong 4 emails to finance without reply. Unisa is a good university with wrong people in administrator.
