COMPLAIN . NOT ANSWER FROM UNISA

When I register for this semester at UNISA (online) the system told me I could not register a subject because I already chose too many of the same module, I believe this is correct because I can register 4 subject of that module. I notice that I have a NDP module, nut I want it to be counted for my decree. I have several emails, the last one on 12 October, 2018. Yesterday I went to UNISA to resolve this problem and I was told that EVERYBODY was on a course and to come back tomorrow. (I cant I work full time), I just need UNISA to clarify if I can change this subject for my decree and I have not get an answer form them. Exams are coming soon and I do not have and answer from anyone at UNISA. Another complain, any student have received their marks for APC 3701, we have no answer at all.
