CMB - ROBBING STUDENT BY PITCHING COURSES HIGHR AND REGRADING AT RANDOM. I APP**** FOR AN NQF L8 and GOT A NQF L7 NOW

I have enrolled for an Advanced Programme in Risk Management with UNISA CBM (76789) in 2017. The course was pitched at a Post-Grad level, NQF Level 8 and I have the documentation from various platforms to prove it. I have now, completed and my certificate was sent to me, it does not ANYWHERE on the document state the level or weight, moreover UNISA has gone and CHANGED the qualification level, it is now showing NQF Level 7. That is not what I signed up for. I am currently applying to an associate membership with IRMSA who are giving me grief because I cannot truly and really show the NQF Level 8 on my certificate. I need this re-done and fixed ASAP.
