Claim for scratch repair ,claim no :***B

I have submitted a claim to iua for my scratch and dent insurance policy on the 10th of July 2019. I forwarded the required documents on the 17th and it said their turnaround time is 5 working days.I called after the turnaround time to do a follow up and I was requested to resend the documents because they did not receive my email due to my attachments were bigger than 10 gigabyte yet I got no reply message to accept they received my email. I did resend on the 26th of July , I made sure that I broke down my attachments to 3.8 gig each which is less that 10 gig and till to date there is no response and I received a no reply to knowledge the email sent. I have been paying them from 2015 September and have never claimed from them.This insurance is due to expire end of August and I have a feeling they are dragging their feet so the expiry date can be reached and they will just reject my claim as the insurance have expired.
