Choose another institution to Study at

Unisa is the worst university Ever. They've closed the call centre. If you call, no one ever answers. If you mail, no on ever gets back to you or they send you a generic response which doesn't solve your problem. Then you drive an hour, take a day off work to try and sort it out. They make to stand in a Queue for 3 hours. Then send you to another Queue for another hour, then send you somewhere else. That somewhere else doesn't help students, only staff. After half a day my query is still not resolved. There is a feeling among white students that they are marked extra strictly and many have asked for remarks and the marks were allocated negatively. Unisa's admin is terrible. Another student has been trying since December to find her marks. She is getting her doctorate. They lost her paper. We are of the many students who feel the service is dismal. Many are vowing to never study through Unisa again. Rather choose another University.
